Bello Casino

Withdrawals and low balances

Requesting a withdrawal forfeits all active bonuses with unfinished wagering. Wagering requirements lapse once the balance falls below €0.10 or its account-currency equivalent.

Fair play boundaries

We prohibit a low risk roulette bet spread that covers 24 or more of the table's 37 spots.

Other prohibited methods include moving from low weighted or unweighted games to a higher-weighted title after a large win, changing from high risk betting to low-risk play after a big win, two-tier betting, and starting and delaying a game round or feature to complete it after wagering, loss of a reward or a later deposit.

Promotion abuse, fraud or manipulation breaks our terms. We may then void every promotion you joined, cancel the winnings from them and block you from future promotions.

Wheel of Fortune

Wheel of Fortune is available to all registered players who qualify for promotions. Spins come from eligible casino games. Every spin gives guaranteed rewards, from Bello coins to Free Casino Spins and Bonus Money.

You may earn 1 Spin per day from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC and hold up to 10 Spins. Wagering with an active bonus does not contribute to new spins. Free Casino Spins apply to specified casino games and must be used within 2 days, with 40x wagering on their winnings and a maximum payout of 100 EUR or equivalent. Bonus Money also needs 40x wagering, expires after 3 days and has a 5x max payout on the original bonus amount.

Deposits

Fund your balance online with a debit or credit card, e-wallet, bank transfer or another method shown on the Deposit page. Cash and cheques are not accepted, and some options vary by country. Australian Dollar (AUD) is one of our account currencies.

Once completed, deposits instantly appear in your balance. If funds do not show immediately, contact support. A payment in another currency is converted at the prevailing exchange rate, with any exchange premium paid by you. Play runs on deposited funds only, as no credit is offered.

Deposits made for you by a friend, relative, partner, wife or husband are not allowed. Every payment must come from an account, system or card registered in your name. If we notice a third-party deposit, the winnings are forfeited to us and the deposit goes back to the rightful owner of the account or card, with any bank-transfer return charge paid by the receiver.

Withdrawals

Before requesting funds, each deposit must be wagered at least three times and every applicable wagering requirement must be complete. We process requests within three banking days, although payment channels, public holidays or additional account verification procedures can extend that time. We are not liable for third-party delays.

The standard maximum is EUR 500 per day and EUR 15,000 per month, or the equivalent in another supported currency. We may vary them for the payment method, promotional conditions, risk factors or another justified circumstance such as VIP player status. Amounts above the applicable limit are paid in monthly instalments until settled, generally within the monthly ceiling.

Use the same payment details and method as your deposit. You may have one pending request per method, and some methods permit only one submission within 24 hours unless we agree otherwise.

For your first withdrawal request, provide KYC documents, a bank statement, identification, proof of address and ownership evidence for every other payment method used. Card photographs must show both sides with only the first 6 and last 4 digits visible, while the remaining digits and security code are concealed. Additional requirements can apply to the chosen channel.

Verification steps

Step one collects your first and second names, date of birth, usual country of residence, gender and full address before withdrawal. Step two applies when deposits or withdrawals are over 500 EUR, and we hold the transaction until completion. Step three applies over 5000 EUR, also holds the transaction and requires your source of wealth.

Verification can take up to 72 hours after all requested documents arrive. During the process, we may limit withdrawals and are not responsible for payment delays while the documents are handled.

Refunds

A refund is available only when there has been no gaming activity after the relevant deposit, and the request must reach us within 7 days of the funds being deposited into your account.

If you placed at least one bet or spin after depositing, the funds can be returned only once the balance has been wagered three times. If you claim that another person or a minor accessed your account, the request window is 30 days. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the decision.
